About Me

Hello! I'm Daisy Leming, a self-taught artist, always exploring new ideas and styles. My creative journey is fueled by curiosity, and I believe true creativity lies in constantly evolving and experimenting with fresh perspectives. Growing up, I was always drawn to art, but it wasn’t until I began traveling the world that my passion truly ignited. With no formal training, I immersed myself in mastering portraiture, blending natural elements, colors, and patterns.

My creative process starts with observing the world around me—finding inspiration in nature, people, and the environment. I begin with acrylics to build the initial layers, then bring depth and emotion with oils, allowing texture and life to emerge. For me, art is about connection. I aim to create works that not only reflect my vision but also evoke emotions and inspire others to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us.

My work has been featured in several festivals in Western Australia, including the Halloween, Wonderland, and Meliora festivals in 2023-2024. I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with The Gypsy Goddess Creations, where I created beautiful paintings of their stunning headpieces, working alongside the artist herself.

When I’m not painting, you can find me exploring new places, hiking, or creating websites, games or 3d models.
